What is Online trading?

1997

Vladivostok, Russia. FOREX CLUB founded.
Market research, development of methodology, creation of the first forex trading software.

1998

Agreements reached with market makers to enter the market with less capital than previously required.
Use of mini lo ts is offered to traders – an opportunity for traders with small and medium-sized accounts may partake in trading forex for the first time in history.

1999

Office opened in Moscow.
Start of active expansion of a regional chain in Russia.
Development and launch of a distance education course with study materials. Publication of the first-ever textbook on fundamental market analysis. The textbook went through 14 editions and was translated into 3 languages (English, Chinese, Portuguese).
Release of the first version of an online trading software product. Start of customer service regardless of place of residence.

2000

Appearance of the first FOREX CLUB website.
Launch of full-time training programs.
Entry into the CIS market. Opening of the first representative office in Armenia (Yerevan).

2001

Release of the first version of RUMUS, a powerful trading analysis system developed in-house (one of the first trading platforms for professional traders in the market).
Customer offices opened in major Russian cities: St. Petersburg, Yekaterinburg and Nizhny Novgorod.

2002

Entry into the Ukrainian market. Opening of a representative office in Donetsk.
More than 10 offices in Russia and the CIS.
The Company develops a partner program; regional partners attracted to promote the services of the International Academy of Exchange Trading and FOREX CLUB.
First edition of V. Taran’s bestseller, Is It Simple to Play in the Market?!
Release of the first video training courses.

2003

International Academy of Exchange Trading founded – the first licensed educational institution in Russia for online trading and FOREX. State education and publication licenses obtained.
The Financial Regulation Agency (KROUFR) is formed. This nonprofit industry organization’s primary goal is protecting the interests of traders and monitoring business operations, ethics, and fair competition.
The Company expands its regional chain.

2004

Forex trading classes were developed. New educational package were released through the Exchange Trading Course.
FOREX CLUB was a winner at the Financial Olympus in the Best Russian FOREX Broker category.

Total number of customers reached nearly 15,000 (a tenfold increase between 2002 and 2005).

2006

Opening of a FOREX CLUB representative office in China.
The FOREX CLUB training program received accreditation from the Chinese Government.
Entry into the Belarusian market (Minsk).
Release of an application for trading on mobile devices (IDS Mobile).
Release of an updated version of RUMUS.

2010

The number of FOREX CLUB customer offices in Russia and the CIS (branches and partner networks) reached 100.
The international FOREX CLUB chain experiences rapid growth. The Company was represented in 12 countries, including Russia and CIS countries, the U.S., Brazil, China and EU countries.
The number of FOREX CLUB employees increased to more than 500.
Customers were offered revolutionary trading conditions: No spread and no commission through the TunnelFOREX system.

The International Academy of Exchange Trading

The International Academy of Exchange Trading (MABT) is a professional educational institution that teaches effective online trading skills to anyone interested. The Academy’s services are offered world-wide, and lessons are taught in Russian, English, Chinese, Portuguese, and other languages.

The Academy began its operations with Forex Club in 1997. Since 2003, the Academy has been an official Non-Governmental Educational Institution (license # 017370). Graduates of the Academy’s basic course are issued a Diploma of Further Education in Financial Market Analysis and Financial Asset Trading. They are also provided with the opportunity to continue their education through specialized professional level courses.

Lessons are taught online and through our on-site seminar locations. Our online education, which provides online videos, interactive webinars, and on-site reading materials, makes it possible to learn how to trade regardless of your location on the world. The Academy hosts several free online seminars (webinars) every day for anyone interested in viewing.
