Balance
Funds held in the Client's trading account without factoring in open positions; the account balance including all closed positions and non-trading transactions.
Bid
The quoted price where a customer can sell a currency pair. Also known as the 'bid price' or 'bid rate.
Broker
A firm in the business of acting as a counterparty to foreign currency transactions.
Buy Limit
A pending order to buy a financial instrument if the price decreases to the level determined in the order; a buy limit order is executed at or below the current Ask price.
Buy Stop
A pending order to buy a financial instrument if the price increases to the level determined in the order; executed at or above the Ask price.
